How can I change my order once it has been made?

If you want to change your order you must contact us within 2 hours of placing the order. There would be 50% restocking fee if you want to change the order after 2 hours. Go to contact us and send us message with your order number requesting the specifications of the change.

Yes.

Is your jewelry made of real precious metals?

Yes, all our precious metals are purchased from government certified vendors. All items have a stamp of authenticity on it .All our silver jewelries are made of 0.925 sterling silver 18k gold plated.

Is this jewelry real gold or gold plated?

No, our jewelry are pure 925 Silver 18k gold plated.

 

Does the items tarnish?

If you wear in a proper way, it will not tarnish  easily.

You can return new, unopened jewelry sold by us within 14 days of delivery.

Please note that there will be 50% restocking fee on all items.
